This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and what rights you have with respect to it. It applies to information collected through this website (aprosolutions.com) and through any contact you initiate with us.
By using this website or submitting our contact form, you acknowledge you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

- Geolocation data — city, region, country, and postal code derived from your IP address via a third-party geolocation service (see Section 3)

1.3 Session Behavior Data
Our website uses browser sessionStorage (a client-side, in-memory storage mechanism that does not persist after you close your browser tab) to track the following within your current browsing session:
- Page navigation history — the sequence of pages on this website you visited during your session (e.g., Home → Services → Contact)
- UTM attribution parameters — marketing source identifiers (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) captured from the URL when you first arrived, if present
- Timing data — how long you spent on the contact page before submitting, and how long you spent filling out the form
- Form submission URL — the exact page URL from which the form was submitted
This session data is stored only in your browser and is transmitted to us only at the moment you submit the contact form. It is not shared with any third party and does not persist between sessions.
1.4 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party behavioral tracking or advertising technology. We do not collect payment information. We do not use persistent tracking cookies for analytics or advertising purposes.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Responding to your inquiry — to understand your request, assess fit, and reply with relevant information or a consultation offer
- Spam and fraud prevention — technical signals (IP flags, proxy detection, timing patterns) help us identify automated or fraudulent submissions
- Internal analytics — understanding how visitors navigate the site and which marketing channels drive inquiries, to improve our website and outreach
- Service delivery — if you become a client, the information in your inquiry may become part of the engagement record
- Legal compliance — retaining records as required by applicable law
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
3.1 IP Geolocation — ip-api.com
When you submit the contact form, our server sends your IP address to ip-api.com (operated by Telize), a third-party IP geolocation service, to retrieve location, network, and connection metadata. Only your IP address is transmitted. ip-api.com's privacy policy is available at ip-api.com/docs/legal. We use ip-api.com's free-tier JSON API; your data is subject to their terms in addition to ours.
3.2 Email Delivery
Contact form submissions are delivered to us via our hosting provider's mail system (HostGator / Newfold Digital). Your submission data passes through that mail infrastructure. We do not use third-party email marketing platforms to process contact form submissions.
3.3 Web Hosting
This website is hosted on HostGator shared hosting (Newfold Digital, Inc.). Hosting infrastructure processes all page requests and form submissions. Standard server access logs may be retained by the hosting provider per their own policies.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — the third-party services described in Section 3, which process data only as necessary to provide their technical functions
- Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AproSolutions or others
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case your information may be transferred as a business asset; we will provide notice of any such change
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and the associated technical and session data for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship and maintain reasonable business records. As a general guideline:
- Contact inquiries that do not result in an engagement — retained for up to three (3) years from the date of submission
- Records related to active or past client engagements — retained for seven (7) years from the end of the engagement, consistent with standard professional services record-keeping practice
- Server and hosting logs — subject to our hosting provider's retention schedule, typically 30–90 days
You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at info@aprosolutions.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. Deletion requests may be subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Cookies and Browser Storage
This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We use sessionStorage (not cookies) for the session behavior data described in Section 1.3. sessionStorage data is stored only in your browser, is never shared with any third party, and is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab. You may clear sessionStorage at any time through your browser's developer tools or privacy settings without affecting your ability to use this site.
Our hosting provider may set functional cookies necessary for server infrastructure operation (e.g., load balancing). These are technical in nature and do not track you for marketing purposes.
7. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include HTTPS encryption for all website traffic and access controls on systems that store contact data. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information, and you provide it at your own risk.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website and Insights articles may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
